Throwback episode! This week I am kicking it back to one of our most popular podcasts from this summer with the amazing Nikkea. I know that the holiday season can make it hard to say yes to too many things and push aside your plans and time with family to be at birth or take that client's call. Today let’s talk about how to make sure you have that time with family and how far in advance you should let your clients know.

We have been talking about making goals, but how do you know where to start? We are talking about four helpful things to consider when picking what goal to start with. All the goals we want can happen in 2024, but let’s figure out a plan to make it less overwhelming.

One week into December and does anyone feel like they are swimming to get everything done while enjoying this month?
